SYBR Green

As a real SYBR green fan, I'd like to respond to the end of Sandy's question:

YES!! Add SYBR green to your gel and buffer, at about 0.1-0.5x the
concentration recommended for post-staining.  You won't have to stain, or
wait for destaining.  It's hard to go back to EtBr once you've tried it.
