software to generate restrcition fragment graph

Does anyone have the knowing where this kind of software can be found?
NEB uses it to genrate their graphs in the catalogue.
EXAMPLE:

You have lambda DNA, you cout it w/ HindIII, you want to see how the 
fragment will run at 1% agarose gel. You input all the relevant data to 
the program and get a graph as it's run in a real gel.
