RNA secondary structure programs

Does anyone know of a source (preferably ftp'able) for a good RNA
secondary structure prediction program?

We are having some (lots of) problems with the one we are using at
the moment (RNAfold), which does not seem to be calculating thermodynaics
correctly, and cannot identify hairpins which we can see without computer
aid.

Hope someone out there can help!
