Amino acid composition database?

Hello,
I recently obtained the amino acid composition of a protein I am interesting. 
How do I use this data to identify my protein, i.e. where are the relevant 
databases, and how can I access these through the internet?

I would appreciate answers by email, as I am not very good at keeping up 
with the newsgroups.
