I use affinity purified antibodies (polyclonal) & I am getting multiple IgG bands on reduced SDS-PAGE. I use 2-ME and my sample buffer is very fresh. If I do western blots on my protein I get multiple bands because these H-L bands bind secondary antibody & answer in ECL detection. Need help!.
