Hi, I'm looking for a source of the E. coli strain BNN132 - it's a lambda lysogen with the cre gene, for in vivo plasmid excision. It was given out with a series of yeast expression vectors and libraries made by Steve Elledge (e.g. pYES5). Please help, if you can, email me direct.
