Inducible mammalian expression vectors mammalian

Dear Readers

Do any of you know of a list of inducible vectors (including retroviral 
vectors) suitable for mammalian  cells? Maybe there is some one out there who 
would be generous to pass theirs on to us? We cannot afford months trying to 
tranfect  pMSG(CAT)(our methodology works for other vectors) since we are 
operating on a shoe-string budget. Many thanks
