Silver Sequencing

Sorry, I do not know why my first message was scrambled.

Question was does anyone have any experience using Promega's Silver
Sequenceing Kit. This is a nonradioactive method for visualizing DNA
sequences on a PAGE gel. We have seen the promotional video and would like
to hear from anyone with first hand experiance using the system.
