I am interested in geneclean purification efficiency of DNA from alcaline phosphatase ( CIAP), for subsequent ligation reaction. If anybody has experience in using geneclean after dephosphorilation, I'd be very grateful Goran Biukovic biukovic at olimp.irb.hr
