I'm trying to Amplify a 100bp fragment from sturgeon genomic DNA. Am I wasting my money trying this primer; GTAAAAATAAATGCAATTC? It's the only primer that will work otherwize. If someone has experience with such primers, please E-mail advise, thanks Wayne Gottlieb
