cytokine Response elements

I'm looking for information on the most "potent" IL-4 and IFN-gamma 
response elements.  There are a variety of elements for these cyokines 
such as the IFN-gamma response element at the 5` end of the  Fc-gamma 
Receptor gene.  I don't know if there is any information available on the 
relative effectivness of different response elements.  Can anybody 
enlighten me.
