Having trouble with hybridisations for S.Blot, hybridisations are being carried out in plastic tubs. O/N hybridisations results in evaporation of the buffer, membrane sticks to the plastic. Result of which is very high background. Can volume of buffer be increased without a decrease in the sensitivity ?.
