I tried this method a few years ago, and while it was possible to get readable 
sequence, there was a lot of trial and error involved in finding the best 
enzymes to use to cut the DNA after the sequencing reaction, and even then 
there were regions that were not accessible. I ended up making unidirectional 
deletion clones anyway to get the missing regions.
