Re: ECL problems I recall reading an article about this or a similar problem - maybe in Analytical Biochemistry a few years ago- I think it calls for caution in interpreting ECL quantification. Having said that-we use it all the time - it's great and saves time but for precise quantitation you have to rely on radioactivity.
