This is a reagent used to make your water wetter!
It is a non ionic surfactant which (to quote the manual) is an octylphenol ethylene oxide
condensate.
In New Zealand we obtain this from BDH (British Drug Houses), if you don't have a local
distributor of that line try a Merck distributor.
