Provided that your antibodies are in good working order, if you follow the
protocol that comes with the ECL kit it should work pretty well.  Don't be
afraid to do a little methods development  such as titering your
antibodies to get the best signal/noise on ECL detected blots.  Also, the
enzyme linked to the secondary antibody is horseradish peroxidase,
therefore you should have NO azide in the solutions you use with these
antibodies.
