RT-PCR with Dynabeads

Hello Everybody

In order to easily experiment semi-quantitative PCr, I would like to try
to make the RT staep using Dynabeads...It is supposed to obtain equal
quantity of cDNA from different eppendorffs tubes, then PCR could be
performed without the problem of efficiency of RT.
Do you know a protocole? Do you have already heard something about it?
