RNA from spleen

Hello Aaron,

I had hassles with RNA isolation from lymphocyte rich tissues last year.
A post to this newsgroup had several people solve my problems. 

I now purchase Ultra-spec reagent from AMS Biotech (e-mail me and I'll send
you their number or check for their advert in Nature and RPA kits)
which is a patented form of Chomzynskis method, works well for 4 x 10^6 cells upwards and has saved my sanity !
