PCRs no longer working. HELP!

Good suggestion, Dawn.  A couple of years ago we were having problems with our
PCRs using a Perkin-Elmer Thermocycler.  It turned out the problem was that 
the level of antifreeze (didn't know they contained that) was down.  Consequently,
the machine wasn't working properly.  Here's hoping the problem in this case is
as simple.
