Help on PCR using modified DNA bases

Hi everybody!

I would like to know if anybody could provide me with a good protocol for
PCR that would incorporate modified DNA bases in good amounts.  The usually
erratic taq polymerase hasn't worked.  All help will be greatly appreciated.
