I regularly get it from NEB and find it works well for my
application (biderectional deletion of a plasmid from a restriction
site). I have however found that it 'goes off' rapidly (ie in 1-2 months
at best) so I only buy the small tubes and try to use it as quickly as
possible.
I'm not associated with/ paid by/ thinking of working for/
related to someone at/ or otherwise associated with NEB, by the way.
