In article <3np0lc$3i9 at newsbf02.news.aol.com>, kmuerler at aol.com (Kmuerler) says:
>Could somebody describe the definition of PBS (phosphate buffered saline)?
>PBS contains 0.9% NaCl but I wonder what concentration of phosphate (Na
>or K Pi) it should have (10 mM, 20 mM ?). Thanks.

I usually use Sigma PBS tablets which I have found are very good. Sigma specify
10mM in their list of constituents.
