Hai folks, I am trying to find out that minimal promoter I can
use to express an antibiotic gene in eukaryotic cells. I would
especially like it to be useful across species range. It doesn't
have to be a strong promoter. However it should drive enough so that
selection can be achieved.
The smaller the better. Across species expression is most desirable.
