incorporating dye labelled nucleotide into PCR product

Help! I need some advice about incorporating a dye labelled nucleotide into a 
PCR product.  Am using Molecular probes BODIPY-TMRX-14-dUTP.  

Questions:-
1.What percentage of dyelabelled nucleotide to incorporate?
2.Should I decrease the level of dNTP, or just add the dye-labelled nucleotide 
to the standard mix of ATCG?
3.Does the dye label affect cutting with restriction enzymes?
4.How can I remove the unincorporated dUTP
