hi all dear netters...
it's a new technique for me : DNA extraction
from bacteria...my method is good i think
but i have just a little problem : final
extract is very very viscous and it's a
bad thing for me...how can i have something
more watery, more thin ?
At this time i use lysosyme then NaOH preci
pitation...someone tell me to add proteinase K
between lysosyme and NaOH...i want something
very simple...may you help me ?
