Maximum High Copy Plasmid Size?

	There seem to be quite a few postings regarding maximum insert size, 
and I have a related question.  Does anybody have a good idea of how big 
a high copy (pUC19-ish) plasmid can be while maintaining its stability 
and copy number over a number of cell doublings?
	Also, is it difficult to isolate large (10KB) plasmids through 
traditional miniprep techniques?
