Hello everyone

I am looking for a computer programme, preferably in public domain(either IBM
or Macintosh compatible) that helps me analyse proteins that are rich in
proline(P), glutamic acid(E), serine(S), threonine(T), the PEST sequences
typical of proteins that have a short half life and rapidly get degraded
in eukaryotic cells. We searched EMBL data base without success. I shall be
thankful for any help in this regard.

Thanks

Soma
