I don't have a compilation, but I can tell you that the U-DNA site directed
mutagenesis is extremely efficient to introduce mutations (less efficient
for insertions). You can buy it as a kit fom Boehringer Mannheim.To use
this method you have to clone the cDNA you want to mutate in the phage M13
genome, and then subclone the mutated DNA back in your vector, which is the
only disadvantage of this method.
