DraI cut single stranded DNA?

Can anyone tell me if single stranded DNA can be cut by DraI?

Or if any of the enzymes which cut 3' of their recognition site can cut ssDNA?
(eg AlwI ...GGATCNNNN    NNNNN...
         ...CCTAGNNNNN    NNNN...)
