Hi All...

Does anyone out there know of a web site for UK health and safety regulations 
related to molecular biology and genetic engineering? (You know, the place 
where it says you mustn't create a new plague and release it on the 
unsuspecting public.  The bit the CIA/MOD/ASIO havn't read if you believe in 
governmental conspiracies...  Watch to see if I ever post again...)
