Looking For E. Coli Strain/Plasmids

     I am looking for the following E. Coli strain/plasmids to
use in the characterization of interacting proteins identified
via the THS. 

The following E. Coli strain or any other strain that is
transformable and a leucine auxotroph.

E. Coli JA226 (hsdR, hsd M, leuB6, lop11,thi, recBC, strR)

The following GST expression vectors pGEX1, pGEX3X
