ECL direct to high density colony filters

Hi netters,
Does anybody have any experience with ECL direct onto high density colony 
filters?
Our problem is that different probes which are known to be from 
different chromosomes hybridize to the same colonies on our filters but 
they don't pick up the clones expected.
Any suggestions are welcome.
