We use the PRomega Silver Sequence kit in our undergrad genetics and molecular biology labs. It has worked every time! We modified the photography step by using Kodak LPD4 film and photographing the gel on a copy stand. No gel drying. We read the projecteslide. EASY! Correct exposure is about 1/4 sec. @ f4.
