Q: best way to store southerns

i currently store northerns, both stripped and un-probed dry and wrapped
in plastic wrap and -20.  this is overkill since most people i know just
store them at RT, but i have more room in my freezer than my bench drawers
so it's a matter of convenience.  i have stored fresh and stripped
southerns in the past dry or wet (1XSSC) at +4oC with no problems.
