Restriction Enzymes for AA sequence database ?

Most of the RE packages I know will let you put in the variable place 
holders for the wobble positions. In fact many should be able to reverse 
translate the AA sequence to a DNA sequence for you. Then they will give 
you all of the possible restriction enzymes that can cut the sequence. Of 
course some will be effective and some will not depending on what the 
actual sequence turns out to be. This should work for you.
