Michaelis constants of polymerases ?

Dear Netters,

  Is there any manual or review article listing the Michaelis constant (Km)

of DNA polymerases such as Klenow fragment and Taq polymerase?  I need

these data beacuse I am finding a minimal concentration of dNTPs used in 

the DNA labeling reactions.  Thanks a lot in advance!
