Source for Dye Affinity Chro. kits

Hi,
        I've used SIGMA Dye Resin Test Kit (Kit No. RDL-9). Thay said 
dye-chromatography may perform as a substrate analog or through ion exchange. 
However, I don't know the theory of it. We can purify some proteins from fish head 
kidney via blue dye columns. Good luck!
