People were looking for vector sequences; pET3a and I think pECE72? For anyone
looking for vector sequence, there is an excellent vector resource (over 2500
vectors) at:
http://biology.queensu.ca/~miseners/vector.html
This can be a slow link, but has a lot of data for various vector types. pET3a
is there; it's listed in the incomplete sequence subset, but is actually
labelled as being complete! Couldn't see pECE72, but there was something
called pECE; often if you know the construction of your vector from the
parents, you can work out if your variant is similar in the relevant places.
Hope this helps,
Neil
