Try pNEB193 from New England Biolabs (has both PacI and XbaI sites). Since
PvuI site is present in Ap-res gene it will be difficult to find
combination PvuI + XbaI. Moreover, PvuI overhangs are poorly ligated due
to dam methylation in most common cloning strains.
