proofreading thermostable polymerases: Pfu vs. Pwo

Nico,

We have been using PFU polymerase for as long as it is on the market
and have made tons of mutations (intended of course) with this 
polymerase. In the years used we've only found 1 mismatch in the 
sequence. Pretty good I think. Just use it with the buffer that is
supplied with it, it is different than a Taq buffer and it will not
work in Taq buffer. (No connections etc)
