Hi Sandrine,
            Yep, I use the Dynazyme enzyme as well. They say you 
need at least a 10 min soak at 72deg.C at the end of your cycling to 
add the A residue. I use a 30 min. soak just to make sure and it 
works fine for me. Hope that helps.
