ASKING tips of mapping of methylated cytosines.

Hi, does anyone can help me to solve the problem of 
mapping of methylated cytosines.I exactly follow the paper of 
 Nucleic Acids research 1994 Vol.22 No 15 Page 
2990-2997.  I cannot get PCR band after finishing the 
convertion from C to U.
