Help!!! I'm having difficulty transfecting HeLa cells with any useful efficiency. Right now I use a DEAE-Dextran protocol, but I'm looking into lipid-mediated methods. Can anyone help me out with data on usefulness of Lipofectin, LipofectACE, LipofectAMINE, or Transfectam in HeLas? Please reply to susans at pilot.msu.edu as well as posting here... Thanks! Sue
