biotinylated probes, mRNA, and flow cytometry

We are intersted in trying to look at mRNA at the single cell level,
hopefully using biotinylated riboprobes and flow cytometry.  Has anyone
had experience with this that they could share>  Any protocols,
references, or hints would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
