PCR slippage

Hello,

I am sequencing PCR amplified genomic DNA containing a sequence of 11 - 
13 A in a row. Apparently in the PCR occurs a slippage which makes the 
sequence behind this sequel of A's unreadable. I have tried to sequence 
a shorter PCR fragment after optimizing the PCR conditions but the 
result was the same. 

Any help to overcome this problem is welcome.
