It may be a silicone problem too. Usually, we don't silanize our plate each time we use it, but each two or three times. We sometime desilanize it with 10N NaOH on a piece of paper (which become yellow) and then wash with detergent, rince well and re-silanize normally. It works well! Hope this helps. Yves.
