I have recently extracted bacterial genomic DNA using QIAGEN tip-100. Three out of 28 samples resulted in low MW DNA (several hundred bp) which failed in dot blot hybridization using oligo probe. The other 25 DNA samples were fine. Has anyone come across low MW genomic DNA extracted with QIAGEN column?
