Dear biochemists,
I'm an overworked, underpayed, third-year high school science teacher at a
dirt-poor, rural school. I have some leftover amylase and invertase that I
would like my students to use up this year. WOULD SOMEONE RECOMMEND A
BUFFER(S) THAT COULD BE USED TO DILUTE THESE ENZYMES FOR SIMPLE ENZYMATIC
STUDIES?
