Lysozyme assay wanted

Hi, sorry for the duplicate post, which had the wrong reply-to address 
on it.  

I'm looking for a lysozyme assay from which substrate conversion in 
molar units can be obtained, which is not possible, or at least not 
easy, with the standard bacterial cell wall assay.  If you know of a 
colorimetric or fluorimetric substrate, I would appreciate hearing about 
it.  I can't find anything in the literature.
