Hi Jean Francois

If there are ribosome protein streptomycin resistance in Pseudomonas, a 
wt rpsL gene from E coli could be lethal in the presence of a resistant 
alelle and streptomycin. It works in a broad variety of gramm-negative 
bacteria.
